The Ritual:
 Choose herbal, green or black loose leaf tea. Give some thought to the cup you're drinking from. Drink the aromatic tea. When finished, turn the cup upside down and turn it around 3 times clockwise (following the clock's hands). As you are drinking, be thinking of what you want guidance on. Topics can cover relationships, health, work, family, creative pursuits, passions, life-journey, spiritualism, etc, etc.

The Reader:
Tanya is a third generation tea leaf reader who has been actively practising since 1996. She has read for the famous and infamous, including CBC radio host Bill Richardson (Richardson's Round-Up) on air in 2001. Tanya is also a Reiki Master and Hands-on-Healer, as well as holding a B.A and being a published author. She currently lives on beautiful Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada.

She has done workshops and readings in places as diverse as Glasgow, Scotland; Boulder, Colorado; Winnipeg, Manitoba; and in many places in the Kootenay Mountains of B.C. including for Selkirk College and the College of the Rockies as well as in many places on Vancouver Island for Royal Roads University and Vancouver Island University. She has spoken at the Victoria Tea Festival and the Mad Hatter Party at the Greater Victoria Art Gallery ,at the Nanaimo Metaphysical Society and for the Beta Sigmi Phi international gathering at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC.
